- Helped in identifying and prioritizing community sub-project as one of the solutions to the various problems of the 24 barangays identified during the first barangay assembly.
- Assisted Community Empowerment Facilitator (CEF) in mobilizing the different Barangay Council’s to pass and approve legislative measure through Barangay Resolutions needed as support for the implementation of the enumerated sub-projects.
- Provided technical assistance to the CEF in conducting consultation meetings into different barangays to resolve various problem arises.
- Instrumental in organizing the Barangay Sub-Project Committee (BSPMC) composed of different committees manned by community volunteers in 22 barangays as evidenced of genuine people’s participation and empowerment.
- Instrumental in the 100% submission of complete and quality Request for Fund Release (RFR) which is composed of 33 documents to DSWD Regional Office VI pending for approv
- Instrumental for the approval of nineteen (19) Sub-projects and funds already downloaded to barangay exclusive accounts for KALAHI CIDSS project.
- Conducted/Facilitated the pre-implementation activities such as training of volunteers in procurement, finance and infrastructure; identification of suppliers/contractors; and conduct of contractor’s/suppliers’ conference.
- Provided technical assistance to the Procurement process of community volunteers relative to their sub-project implementation.
- Conducted project monitoring and assessment on the four (4) implemented KALAHI sub-project.
