Last March 3, 2024, the Solution Ecosystem Activator (SEA) Inc. expanded its area of development to one of the target barangays in the Municipality of Sta. Barbara, Iloilo. SEA Inc. conducted a council orientation and overview of SEA Inc. -IPAT SIAD program in the Barangay Duyan-Duyan, Sta. Barbara. The orientation held at their session hall and attended by eight (8) participants including Brgy. Kagawad, SK Chairman and SK Secretary.
In behalf of the barangay captain, the barangay kagawad designated SK Chairperson to preside the meeting. The SEA Inc. has given ample time to present about the organization and its program. During the orientation, Mr. Gideon Palmejar, a Senior Community Facilitator, shared about the Solution Ecosystem Activator (SEA) Inc. and the Integrated Participatory Accountability and Transparency towards Sustainable Integrated Area Development (IPAT-SIAD) program. The Brgy. Council and the presiding officer, Sk Chairman Vance Sua Praire, and the rest of the council responded; “We are going to tackle with our Brgy. Captain first regarding this matter and looking forward to a positive outcome for partnership with SEA Inc. IPAT-SIAD Program in the future.’’
Finally, after all the discussions, questions, and considerations that had asked for the partnership with the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Brgy. Duyan-Duyan will eventually put into action. With all the best support from them, the Solution Ecosystem Activator (SEA) Inc. is hoping for a smooth implementation of the project and a good partnership with the prospective barangay.
