Kagawad Vangeline
“Between legislative work and family time, I’ve learned that balance is key. ICW reminded me that even with a busy schedule, there’s always room to give back and serve.”

Kagawad Vangeline shows us that juggling responsibilities is possible with the right mindset. She’s an example of public service done with heart—and a little balancing act on the side!

Ma’am Ethel Sucilla, CIT Chair
“ICW was like the missing piece of my life’s puzzle—it came just when I started serving the community again.”

Ma’am Ethel reflects on ICW as a full-circle moment, affirming her commitment to tackling issues that impact the community. She’s now more motivated than ever to make a difference.

The ICW graduates of Santa Barbara aren’t just honing skills—they’re nurturing purpose, embracing balance, and dreaming big.
