Keep Going, Keep Growing Leslie reminded us that no matter the trials we face—whether in our personal lives or within our communities—we have the strength to overcome. The key is to keep moving forward and to continue seeking our purpose, especially in our work with others. Every challenge is just a stepping stone toward greater things.

Angel, with a timeless quote in mind, emphasized that we’re here to “help people help themselves.” Our role in SEA Inc. is to support barangays, not just give, but empower. 

Angelique’s insight about seeking purpose in service resonates deeply. Her point about partnering with institutions like Bololacao National High School suggests a mutual growth opportunity that can enhance both educational and community development initiatives. This could be a pathway to deeper community engagement and shared learning experiences.

Move On and Aim High Rosanna (or Oz!) gave us the push we needed with her advice to keep moving and aim high, no matter the challenges. We’ve all faced obstacles this month, but staying stagnant isn’t an option. We’re here to grow, to move forward, and to keep setting our sights higher.

Balance and Gratitude Christine highlighted a truth we all know too well—the struggle is real when balancing work and family. But she also reminded us to be thankful for the opportunities that come our way. If we use them wisely, they’ll lead us to growth in all areas of life.

Finding Our Value Gideon’s words resonated deeply: “If one door closes, three more are waiting to be opened.” We can’t waste time on those who don’t see the value in what we offer. Instead, let’s focus on finding and nurturing our worth where it’s truly appreciated.

Reevaluating Our Purpose Cheryl’s experience in the field brought a powerful realization—we’re not just about providing livelihoods; we’re about partnering for good governance. Our role is to assist, support, and guide our communities toward a brighter, self-sustained future.

Witnessing Our Impact Anne Loren’s reflection on the impact we’ve made, especially through grants to beneficiary barangays, was a proud moment for all of us. It’s a reminder of just how important our role is in society and the difference we’re making, one project at a time.

The Power of Learning Christa’s suggestion for further computer literacy training and academic programs is a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement. It’s not just about teaching skills—it’s about honing values, nurturing talents, and equipping our communities for the future.

Touching Lives, One Community at a Time Finally, our Project Director, Anne Fanega, summed it up beautifully: “Many are called, but few are chosen.” We’re here to help, to focus on what our communities truly need, and to find fulfillment in the lives we touch. That’s the real success we’re striving for.
