In Sibagat, an unexpected movement is blossoming—one breath at a time. Through the Inner Conditioning Workshop (ICW), participants are finding new ways to manage stress, embrace patience, and nourish their spirits.

Myrna Buera “Readiness counts!” Remember to breathe before you freak out.

Inhale… exhale…”—my new mantra! Now, every morning and before bed, I do this breathing exercise to clear my mind and boost my energy. I swear, I’m like a Zen master at home and in the office!

It’s all about mindfulness. With each breath, I’m learning patience, understanding, and staying alert—perfect for dealing with work stress or even my family’s endless questions (yes, Auntie, I’m still single).

Virgie Timosa “Let’s develop economically and spiritually, one sunflower gaze at a time!”

ICW didn’t just flip a switch, but “dahan-dahan” (slowly) it’s changing me every day. Now, every morning, I do my breathing, heart-mind sync, and—get this—sunflower gazing

Yep, I face the sun like a blooming sunflower, ready to take on the world. I want to help Sibagat grow, and I know I need to start by growing myself. Change may be slow, but hey, so is planting rice!

Dennis “Stay true to your ‘higher self’—even when your dog eats your shoes.”

As a civil servant, I’m now super aware that people (especially family) are always watching. ICW taught me that I don’t need to react to everything. Instead, I can pause, breathe, and ask, “Is this worth losing my inner peace over?”

Most of the time, the answer is a big NO! So, here I am, Mr. Calm and Collected, channeling my “higher self” even when my dog steals my slippers.

Myrna Bantugan “The spirit is willing… and I’m working on the flesh part!”

As the good book says, “The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” I’m learning that mindfulness is key to balancing my spiritual goals and physical realities.

ICW helped me realize I need a plan—and that plan is to keep showing up every day, staying aware, and staying mindful. Whether it’s work or prayer, I’m in it with my heart and mind.

Ronie Bautista “Mindfulness is the key to unlocking my best self—even on Mondays.”

For me, ICW was like hitting the reset button. I realized that awareness is everything! Being mindful helps me find strength, courage, and the occasional laugh, especially when things don’t go my way. From Bible verses to breathing exercises, I’m equipped with tools to stay grounded and keep my cool. Now, even when the going gets tough, I remember to smile, breathe, and keep moving forward.

The Inner Conditioning Workshop was like a collective “aha” moment for us. From breathing like pros to sunflower gazing, we’ve all taken a step toward our “higher selves.” Each of us has found something to help us grow, and we’re taking it back to our families, our workplaces, and—yes—even to the streets of Sibagat!
