Gideon, Senior Community Facilitator at SEA Inc., has been a force for development since his youth, rising swiftly to president of the Alabidhan Working Youth Organization within a year of membership. With a career rooted in community empowerment, he has worn many hats: Project Officer for the TAG-PHE project of Iloilo Code, TAPI for the Department of Agrarian Reform, Data Banker for PhilRice, and Documenter for the Forestland Management Project in Calinog.

 

His expertise extends to roles with AusAid (now GOA) as a Community Empowerment Facilitator and as a staff member for Bingawan’s LDRRMO and MENRO offices. Gideon’s dynamic experience reflects his unwavering commitment to uplifting communities and fostering resilience.
