Reflecting on their experiences at the ICW (Inner Conditioning Workshop), participants shared lessons that resonated deeply within the community. Each individual’s journey became a testament to the transformative power of self-discovery, patience, and resilience.

Gysel Perater encountered financial challenges with her organization, Mother Butler, yet she approached the situation with patience and awareness. She learned that maintaining a calm mind could unlock solutions. Family troubles, too, became manageable for her through simple breathing exercises—INHALE & EXHALE—emphasizing the importance of mindfulness.

Dennis Maputol, who has dedicated nearly 30 years to government service, felt a renewed passion following his ICW experience. He expressed that the workshop had reignited his commitment to serving mankind. Even during tough times, he now shares his blessings with ease. His fresh perspective encourages him to observe and engage with the community gradually, illustrating the power of patience.

Leonita Manaya found that the workshop instilled in her patience she now shares with the parents of her students, contributing to a more understanding and compassionate community.

Virginia Tamosa faced bureaucratic hurdles but utilized the insights gained from ICW to navigate challenging encounters regarding her cooperative’s status. She emphasized the invaluable wisdom acquired through the workshop.

Charmain Balais embraced life’s simplicity after ICW, learning to appreciate the little things and discovering joy in her daily routines. Her experience with sun meditation revitalized her spirit, transforming ordinary moments into meaningful reflections.

Myrna Buera recognized her struggles to be a role model within her cooperative. Inspired by ICW, she aimed to connect with her higher self and strive to lead by example.

Myrna Bantugan encountered immediate family challenges but emerged stronger through the teachings of ICW. She found that patience and a soft voice became her greatest tools, bolstering her determination to combat corruption.

Gima Mae Sales discovered strength in embracing imperfection, realizing that true growth arises from creating space for reflection. She felt grateful for how ICW challenged her to be authentic in her discipline with students.

Arpillo Basao Jr. deepened his understanding of patience and empathy through his ICW experience, finding new strength to face life’s trials.

Salvador Bares, an incumbent SB member, learned to recognize his worth and control his temper. He now effectively manages difficult situations with a simple mantra: “Just inhale and exhale.”

Finally, Ronie Bautista articulated how the recent ICW experience deepened his commitment to humanity, clarifying his mission in life and broadening his perspective while fostering patience and tolerance in his interactions.

As these reflections unfold, the collective experiences from ICW serve as an inspiration for everyone to strive to be better individuals, dedicated to serving their communities with grace and resilience. Each shared story reinforces the notion that growth is an ongoing journey—one that they embrace together.
