The Ecological Solid Waste Management Alliance (ESSA) continues to blossom, nurturing a community dedicated to sustainable agriculture. In a strategic move to expand its influence, ESSA recently conducted the Inner Conditioning Workshop, a two-day intensive program designed to empower individuals and organizations committed to environmental sustainability.
Held on May 18-19, 2019, at the Center for Biodiversity Education (CBE) in Angat, Bulacan, the workshop was facilitated by the renowned Nicanor Perlas. Eighteen carefully selected delegates from diverse backgrounds, including academia, civil society organizations, private practitioners, youth, local government units, and the League of Organizations of Agricultural Municipalities (LOAMC), participated in this transformative experience.
By inviting new members from various sectors, ESSA aims to create a powerful synergy of ideas and actions. This influx of fresh perspectives and expertise will undoubtedly strengthen the network’s capacity to address pressing environmental challenges and promote sustainable practices.
As ESSA welcomes these new members into its fold, the future of sustainable agriculture looks brighter than ever. Together, they will work towards a more sustainable and resilient future for all.
