“Bisyo sa kabuhi ang pagka-busy, pero subong, ginatudluan ko na gid ang akon apo nga indi permi mag-cellphone. Nami gid nga mag-share sa iban kung paano magamit ang social media sa insakto nga paagi.” (Translation: “Busy as life gets, I now guide my grandchild to limit screen time. It’s heartening to teach and share with others the importance of using social media responsibly.”)

“Ang na-learn ko lang: magpabilin nga maayong tawo kag ma-relax. Basta ga-ginhawa ka, padayon lang gid. (Translation: “What I’ve learned is simple: be friendly and stay calm. As long as I’m breathing, I will keep going.”)
