1. Helped in identifying and prioritizing community sub-project as one of the solutions to the various problems of the 24 barangays identified during the first barangay assembly.
2. Assisted Community Empowerment Facilitator (CEF) in mobilizing the different Barangay Council’s to pass and approve legislative measure through Barangay Resolutions needed as support for the implementation of the enumerated sub-projects.
3. Provided technical assistance to the CEF in conducting consultation meetings into different barangays to resolve various problem arises.
4. Instrumental in organizing the Barangay Sub-Project Committee (BSPMC) composed of different committees manned by community volunteers in 22 barangays as evidenced of genuine people’s participation and empowerment.
5. Instrumental in the 100% submission of complete and quality Request for Fund Release (RFR) which is composed of 33 documents to DSWD Regional Office VI pending for approv
6. Instrumental for the approval of nineteen (19) Sub-projects and funds already downloaded to barangay exclusive accounts for KALAHI CIDSS project.
7. Conducted/Facilitated the pre-implementation activities such as training of volunteers in procurement, finance and infrastructure; identification of suppliers/contractors; and conduct of contractor’s/suppliers’ conference.
8. Provided technical assistance to the Procurement process of community volunteers relative to their sub-project implementation.
9. Conducted project monitoring and assessment on the four (4) implemented KALAHI sub-project.
