At SEA Inc., our mission goes beyond governance programs, community projects, or capacity-building workshops. Through the IPAT-SIAD framework, we aim to transform not only systems but also the people who sustain them. This week’s Kamustahan is a shining reminder that gratitude is not just a personal feeling—it is the lifeblood of transformation.

Each story shared by our staff painted a vivid picture of resilience, faith, and the everyday victories that shape who we are as leaders and community builders.

Warren shared his joy in finally settling at DRT, where a new home makes his daily work smoother and more comfortable. His move may look simple, but it reflects how stability creates space for greater service.

For Atchmen, family is the loudest cheer in life’s arena—the ones who whisper “Kaya mo na!” when challenges loom large. That encouragement becomes fuel to continue serving with courage.

Jannah reminded us that love also comes with wagging tails and furry hugs. Her dogs are not just pets; they are companions, stress relievers, and a source of unconditional support.

Jean and Angela lifted our hearts with their gratitude for the gift of life. In their words, life itself is a mission entrusted by God—proof that blessings abound when we stay connected to love, strength, and purpose.

Cheryl reflected on the power of writing. For her, every story is a light, every word a spark of action. Her gratitude affirms SEA’s mission: that voices—especially those from the grassroots—matter, inspire, and create ripples of change.

Mary Ann spoke with a deep sense of conviction: each morning is not just about waking up, but about committing to a higher purpose. Her reflection echoes the heart of IPAT-SIAD—living with humility, dedication, and responsibility to build a stronger foundation for society.

Os carried gratitude for the strength God has given him to care for his family and community, despite trials. Meanwhile, Carlo’s reflection reminded us that every sunrise is not just another day, but a promise of better days ahead.

Leslie recognized challenges as hidden teachers preparing us for unimaginable blessings.

And then there is Avha’s powerful reminder: “The Lord is here.” Despite the storms and struggles, she shared how faith has carried her through every problem, teaching her that everything has a purpose. Her gratitude extends to those who continue to trust her, proving that faith and trust go hand in hand in building resilience.

Nerita’s voice resonated with quiet strength. Even with limited support, she affirmed that God’s presence remains constant—balancing family, work, and service.

And Mayang beautifully closed the circle by celebrating life itself: the love of family, the lessons of experience, and the inspiration to pursue dreams while serving others along the way.

Together, these reflections weave a tapestry of gratitude, resilience, and faith. More than personal sharing, they mirror the essence of SEA’s work—strengthening leaders, communities, and systems not just through programs, but through lives deeply rooted in purpose and hope.

In every Kamustahan, we discover this truth: the spirit of SEA is not only seen in the projects we do, but in the people we are becoming—grateful, grounded, and growing together.

This is what IPAT-SIAD stands for: people empowered from within, communities transformed from the ground up, and a nation that heals and grows through collective gratitude and courage.
