SEA Inc. and New Lucena Polytechnic College (NLPC) are teaming up to equip the partner CSOs of the IPAT-SIAD program with valuable skills and knowledge. NLPC, a government-subsidized institution since 1998, has been a key player in providing top-notch vocational and paramedical education since 1972. With a track record of producing topnotchers in the Midwifery Licensure Exam and focusing on affordable, high-quality technical courses.
