Rosanna, also known as “Os” is the Municipal Coordinator of SEA Inc. Os, a development worker for almost 25 years of Non-Government Organizations. She completed a special course on International Leadership Development in Aichi, Japan. She is an experienced community organizer, Trainer, and advocate of Participatory Governance. She was also a NAPC Facilitator in Iloilo and Guimaras for the Bottom-Up Budgeting (BuB) initiatives of the Aquino Administration.
