On the bright and soul-lit morning of June 28, something beautiful unfolded in Sibagat. Like seeds watered by the rain, participants of the Inner Conditioning Workshop (ICW)—fresh from their transformative retreat in Bulacan last June 6—came together for their first weekly kamustahan. The space was simple, but the energy was radiant: filled with laughter, light tears, and stories that spoke volumes of quiet revolutions within.
Wellness: The True Flex
Richard kicked things off by sharing what he considers his greatest achievement since ICW: wellness that withstands stress.
“My best achievement is good health. No matter how stressful things get, I’ve remained well.”
Sometimes, resilience doesn’t roar—it just quietly shows up, healthy and whole, every morning.
Listening: When Knowing Isn’t the Point
Crysel, once quick to tune out familiar messages, found new wisdom in an old lesson: listening isn’t about novelty—it’s about presence.
“Even if I’ve heard it before, I still choose to listen.”
True learners don’t just absorb; they practice listening with heart—over and over again.
Acceptance: When Life Says ‘Not Yet’
Joy Cris shared the sting of passing an entrance exam only to miss enrollment. But instead of bitterness, she chose belief:
“If it’s not for you, it won’t happen. I even started going to church again.”
That’s not giving up—it’s trusting in divine timing, and letting faith write the next chapter.
Letting Go: Power in Peace
Roxan opened up about being criticized during an audit—an old trigger. But this time, Bulacan’s lessons echoed:
“I’ve learned to let it go. I can’t control what others say.”
And with that, she claimed peace, not just silence—the kind that blooms from self-trust.
Reconnection: Faith as a Homecoming
Grace spoke of emotional tension at home, and how she found her way back—not just to family, but to faith.
“Now, I’ve returned to the Lord. I’ve started going to church again.”
Healing, after all, often begins not with a breakthrough, but with a return.
Emotional Truth: Cry, Then Chill
Jerome made the room smile with his honest, no-frills wisdom:
“When I have a problem, I just cry… then chill.”
No dramatics, no pretense—just emotional truth, freely expressed and gently released.
Gratitude: The Corn and Bagoong That Mattered
Chyna’s story wasn’t loud—but it was deeply moving. A small request, lovingly fulfilled by family, left a big impact:
“I asked for corn and bagoong, and they really prepared it for me. I appreciated it so much.”
Because sometimes, the way love shows up is through food, thoughtfulness, and quiet acts of care.
More Than a Workshop—A Way of Living
The Inner Conditioning Workshop isn’t a one-time event—it’s a ripple that moves from self to society, from tears to transformation. These reflections prove that what began in Bulacan didn’t end there. It continues—in daily choices, in subtle shifts, in the courage to feel, and the willingness to grow.
In Sibagat, change doesn’t march in fanfare. It walks gently, hand in hand with faith, mindfulness, and authentic connection. With every kamustahan, these journeys deepen—and little by little, they’re shaping a more compassionate and emotionally resilient Sibagat.
The light has been lit. And it’s only getting brighter.
