Our adventure began in October 2023, when we embarked on a journey guided by a clear vision and a deep sense of purpose. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was set in Brgy. Calumbuyan and Pasil, marking the start of a partnership filled with promise. With Punong Barangays and their witnesses signing the pact, we felt like pilots charting a course through uncharted skies. As we took off, our hearts were fueled by determination and resilience, knowing that every challenge we faced would lead us to triumph and growth.

Fast forward to July 18-19, 2024, and our journey has come full circle, bringing us to a pivotal moment of reflection and evaluation. The Life Bank Foundation staff, along with 20 participants from Brgy. Pasil and Calumbuyan—comprising both barangay officials and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)—gathered to tackle the pressing question of the day: How effective has the Integrated Participatory Accountability and Transparency-Towards Sustainable Areas of Development (IPAT-SIAD) Program been after a year of operation?

With confidence and hope, the CSOs answered each question, their responses echoing the strength and commitment that have become hallmarks of this initiative. Their answers weren’t just about assessing past performance; they were about ensuring the program’s future continuity. It was a collective nod to the successes achieved and a hopeful glance toward what’s yet to come.

In the realm of organizational development, expanding programs is not just a step; it’s a leap toward innovation, efficiency, and impact. As institutions face a rapidly changing world, the expansion of the IPAT-SIAD program in Brgy. Calumbuyan and Pasil has proven to be a key driver of success and sustainability.
