Barangay Bilidan’s session hall wasn’t just a venue for signatures that day—it became a witness to renewed trust, teamwork, and shared dreams between Solution Ecosystems Activator (SEA) Inc. and the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU).
SEA Inc., led by Executive Director Mary Ann Fanega, once again sealed its partnership with Barangay Bilidan headed by Hon. Valentino B. Calumay. Present alongside them were members of the SEA family—Cheryl Luis (Support Manager), Rosanna Constantino (Municipal Coordinator for New Lucena), and Angela Betita (Community Facilitator)—together with dedicated CSO representatives and the Barangay Kagawads of Bilidan.
Why Renewal Matters
For Ms. Fanega, the MOA renewal was not just a formality—it was a celebration of persistence and genuine connection with the community:
“This is the renewal of our MOA since SEA has been operating in the barangay for 4 years now. Thank you for always accepting us—wag kayong magsawa sa pangungulit namin.”
Her words drew laughter, but also a deeper recognition: real progress comes from consistency, humility, and the courage to keep showing up.
From Persistence to Progress
Hon. Calumay responded with warmth and gratitude, pointing out how SEA’s gentle insistence had borne real results:
“Yung pangungulit ng SEA, sulit pala. Because of their assistance in the Barangay AIP, we were able to build the ₱3M multipurpose hall, roads, and other projects. Their technical guidance keeps reminding us of good governance and participatory leadership.”
The crowd nodded in agreement—proof that when openness meets guidance, persistence turns into progress.
More Than Just a MOA
The signing symbolized more than another year of partnership. It stood as a living commitment to participatory leadership, transparent governance, and people-centered development.
It showed that “pangungulit”—when rooted in love for community and guided by purpose—can translate into roads, multipurpose halls, and opportunities that touch the lives of many.
Moving Forward Together
As the ink dried on the renewed MOA, one message was clear: Barangay Bilidan and SEA Inc. are not just partners on paper, but steadfast allies in shaping a stronger, more resilient future.
Here’s to more years of milestones, more projects that matter, and communities that never tire of building together.
