True progress begins when purpose meets partnership.
This spirit came alive at the Collective IPAT–SIAD Team (CIT) Monthly Meeting held at Baganihan Hall, New Lucena, Iloilo — a gathering not just of reports and updates, but of shared intent and community commitment.
The Spark: From Updates to Unity
Program updates were shared, including the upcoming LifeBank Program Evaluation, where the MSWDO requested SEA Inc.’s assistance in assessing PWD-, Solo Parent-, Senior Citizen-, Child-, and Youth-Friendly Barangays. It was collaboration in motion — proof that when institutions and CSOs align, communities grow stronger.
The Breakthrough: Transparency in Action
A key highlight was the onsite monitoring of CSO-involved projects (2024–2025), reinforcing transparency and accountability in local governance. Engr. Suelo emphasized the value of CSO proposals as bases for funding, while plans to reorganize PWD, ERPAT, and Solo Parent groups were discussed in partnership with SEA.
The Flame: Shared Leadership in Motion
From Barangay Badiang’s success story shared by Kagawad Victoria Jucaban to new learning visit proposals, every exchange reaffirmed that collaboration drives community progress.
Because this is more than a meeting —
it’s a movement of minds, hearts, and hope.
When minds align, communities don’t just grow — they evolve.
