• Strengthening of ZARNET/ZBC
    • Conducted Seminars on DILG Memo Circular 2016-97 (2106 Accreditation of CSOs and Selection of Representatives of the Special Bodies)
    • Initiated the filing of a resolution complaint of ZARNET against the irregular procedures/processes of accreditation procedures of CSOs to DILG.
  • Activated Barangay CSO’s
    • Conducted survey in different barangays.
  • Site validation of Out of School Youth (OSY) in different barangays of Zarraga
    • Organize OSY in the different barangays
    • Formulated the Project Concept: Environmental Governance
  • Initiated dialogue with newly elected public officials of Zarraga.
  • Identified progressive civil service professionals in Zarraga.
  • Provided technical and manpower support to ZARNET and ZBC members.
  • Ground working to meet expectations and aspirations of civil society, government and business groups.
  • Conducted on-going series of both formal and informal dialogues with CSOs and business groups to verbalize their expectations and aspirations.
  • Conducted workshop to form SIAD 2.0 and “Kontrata sa Banwa” agenda for CSOs and Business sectors.
  • Established public town communication system.
  • Organized and facilitated the 1st Quarter “Ulat sa Bayan” reporting of the newly elected officials as stipulated in the “Kontrata sa Banwa”
  • Identified all various regular and special bodies of local government as points for collective and common advocacy.
  • Identified special bodies in the local government that require strategic presence of both civil society and business.
  • Made inventory the ranks of civil society and business for capacities, talents, and resources to actively participate in these local policy setting bodies.
  • Consulted with DILG on the advisability of formally naming the MDC as the ZSDC.
  • Drafted a participatory tri-sectoral position paper on this initiative.
  • Created an inventory of existing and emerging municipal and national development programs.
  • Activated a tri-sectoral Program Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation (PIME) process.
  • Communicated results of SIAD 2.0 in SEA and ZARNET websites.
  • Did due diligence for local area interested in installing SIAD 2.0.
  • Developed a partnership MOA for new SIAD 2.0 areas.
  • Conducted Leadership, Courage, and HI-SAID workshops for local capacity building in the new areas to install SIAD 2.0.
  • Encouraged new area leaders to immerse in the Zarraga experience.
  • Mentored tri-sectoral leaders for implementation of SIAD 2.0 in their area.
