Above all the busy schedules and deliverables to accomplish, the SEA, Inc. never cease to check, energize and strengthen their individual beings in order for them to continue doing their tasks at hand. Thus, last November 7-8, 2019 the SEA, Inc. staff, together with some of the members of the A Course in Miracles (ACIM) went through a workshop on Heart Math (insert link of Heart Math) which was facilitated and conducted by Ms. Rowena “Weng” Ebdani-Suarez.
During the 2-day workshop, the group went through a lot of realizations on the different feelings/ emotions that would either deplete or renew one’s energy. Ms. Weng emphasized that humans are like mobile phones where one needs to “charge” his/her inner battery in order to go on with his/her everyday life and this energy is your resilience – the energy you have available to use not only physically but also emotionally and mentally.
Furthermore, the group were also introduced to the different exercises that would help them plug energy leaks in order to sustain their energy reserves and not to totally drain them.
The workshop has given the group a new method in checking their inner conditioning and exercises that would help them focus on the tasks at hand even if they are amidst all odds.
